What the service does

Rolewise ranks job listings from third-party sources against your criteria and, if you upload one, your resume, and, for a fee, produces a version of your resume tailored to one job you choose, with a matching cover letter. You must be 18 or over to use Rolewise. Rolewise is not a recruiter or employment agency, does not guarantee interviews or employment, and never applies for jobs on your behalf.

Job listings

Listings come from third parties (Jobs by Adzuna). Rolewise doesn't write, verify or control them. Salaries marked "estimate" are predictions, not the employer's offer. Always check the full ad on the employer's site before applying.

Tailored resumes and cover letters

Tailoring uses only information in the resume you provide. You must review the result and make sure everything in it is true before you use it. You are responsible for what you send to employers.

Prices and bundles

Searching is free. Tailored resumes cost the price shown before payment, in Australian dollars: $4.99 for one, $11.99 for three, or $17.99 for five. Each purchase gives you a code (also shown on your payment receipt) that you can use for any jobs you choose, one resume and cover letter per job, within 90 days of purchase. Unused resumes on a code expire after 90 days. Discount codes from Rolewise or its partners can be entered on the payment page; each code's terms are shown with it. If you lose your code, use "Email the code" on the site to have your receipt re-sent to the email you paid with, or email hello@rolewise.com.au.

Refunds

Tailored resumes are created instantly for the job you choose, so there are no refunds for change of mind, including for unused resumes in a bundle. If something goes wrong on the Rolewise side (your resume doesn't generate or is unusable), you can try again at no cost, and a resume is only counted as used once it has been successfully created. You can also email hello@rolewise.com.au for a refund.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Rolewise services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under that law.

Fair use

Don't upload anything you don't have the right to use, attempt to overload or misuse the service, or scrape it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
